Brigham Baker 第一本藝術家的書《Only Apples》，特別專注在隨著季節變化的蘋果，新生的蘋果原本自然且美麗的，但是依附在時間軸上的事物是註定會邁向虛無的，自然的事物其腐壞本來就是無法預期的，蘋果經歷著各種天氣的變化和溫度，並且慢慢地腐爛著。本書呈現的是藝術家長期的研究，以攝影的方式紀錄。這系列作品得到2019年第11屆 蘇黎世 Manor Art Prize ，並且由Kunst Museum Winterthur藝術博物館舉辦藝術家個展與出版書籍。在時間裡，所有的自然變化是如此多變且短暫的，這本書也更像是一本關於時間、短暫、變化的自傳，同時也收錄藝術家虛構的短篇小說When does wether become familiar ?⁣

Brigham Baker (b.1989）美國加州人，目前生活與創作位於瑞士 蘇黎世。藝術家對自然的熱忱與長期的觀察，特別著迷於植物的多樣性，在自然中無數的微生系統以及它們不斷變化和適應的能力。反觀現實社會的這一面，具備功能性和邏輯數學的系統深刻地改變現實的社會，藝術家試著將自然與文化聯繫在一起。
