本書故事內容源自於於泰國藝術家Dusadee Huntrakul的妻子Pat小時候的真實故事。

在Pat小時候的記憶裡，她的有兩個兄弟正在玩pee pee fencing遊戲，Pat很想要加入，並求著祖母從市場上買一個Penis。她的祖母總是說攤位已經關閉，或者她買了但是被留在協力車上了。最後她的兄弟們也停止玩這個比賽，而Pat也漸漸忘記她的要求...。 像兒童故事般的跨越世代將近四十年的時間，由藝術家Dusadee Huntrakul 一家三口，一歲的兒子Prinn，還有兒子的五歲朋友Max，一起完成這本書。

在大人的故事結構裡，同時也有小孩的想像與稚嫩可愛的繪畫，這本書可以是兒童讀物，也可以是一本藝術家的書。
