本書是來自橫山 雄2019年在日本dessin舉辦個展，《Frameworks》是繪畫作品合集，而總體的焦點表現是放在創作者的作品「線條」表現上，這也是創作者的核心。橫山 雄的描繪對象多種多樣，例如靜物，人物和鳥，每一個被描繪出來的線條不管是柔軟地或充滿直覺地筆觸感，都讓這些線條似乎都帶著音樂般的節奏感，活潑、慵懶、自然而然的都讓紙上的畫面有著更多的延伸。

橫山 雄(b.1988東京) 2010年畢業於桑沢デザイン設計學校，自由插畫師、圖形設計師，致力於插圖和圖形設計上。曾獲得第33屆 ザ・チョイス年度賞入賞＆第83屆每日廣告設計獎。
