「a touch of 」這個系列的拍攝從開始到結束相隔數年。這幾年來的疏於練習，描繪一段關係——無論何種關係——於我而言每一步都是艱難的，直到它被完成。

著迷於時間的推移這件事，可能只是我對於浪漫僅剩的一些些想像，對於生而為人的慾望，變老以及死去。這段迷戀最後被化身成一本全新的書，由裡至外被紙白的外衣包覆。等著數年、數十年過去，或許這本書已被遺失，或許獨自成爲了某種風景，而那些歲月造成的斑駁、污漬或顏色，就像一張不再年輕緊實的臉，看著它覺得既陌生又熟悉。也像是某日翻箱倒櫃後、那封一直沒有機會寄出的信，一段死掉的歷史，陌生又熟悉。
