Alone Time - Here and There

This book is a compilation of 15 new works drawn in 2018 and 2019 among illustrator Lee Young-chae's 'Alone Time' series, depicting people who are alone in various spaces. Even though the characters do not do anything special, such as standing still or looking at something in a space where they can be familiar with, it becomes a beautiful scene with Lee Young-chae's unique gaze and direction. It is a work that shows the emotions that are often easily combined into one expression of loneliness, in a variety of delicate compositions and colors.

One picture is recorded twice as an original version and an enlarged version, and 15 points of the original version are made to be used as posters with perforated lines. *The cover has been changed to one of the pictures in line with the publication of the second printing in 2020.

Young Chae Lee

She majored in visual design and has been working as an illustrator since 2015. She enjoys seeing and observing people and landscapes, and she paints with what she has been looking for. She is involved in illustration work in various fields and personally producing books and products.
