Benji Knewman 是史上第一本以拉脫維雅語、英語組成的雙語刊物，一年兩期。成立的目地除了在向世界傳遞拉脫維雅當地發生的故事外，也希望能讓每個有話想說的人都能成為故事裡的主角，用文字、繪畫或攝影等等自由的方式分享那有時令人生氣、哭泣或傻笑的人生，不難發現在這小小的開本中著實地蘊藏了許多真理。

本期為了慶祝創刊五週年，特別將注意力轉向了家鄉 Riga，向大家展示了 Riga 在藝術、文化與建築上的多樣性面貌。
