Bill 5

Bill 是一本無文字的雜誌，第一到第四期皆由 Roma Publications 出版；2024年出版的第五期則由 Bill 自行推出。

《Bill 5》共有192頁、超過百幀影像，依照不同內容分別以CMYK、銀色、黑白印刷，並搭配12種不同的紙張，部分採日式摺頁裝訂。雜誌內夾入的兩張紙片，是整份刊物僅有的文字附錄，分別標示版權內容、工作團隊以及參與該期雜誌的攝影師姓名和作品名稱。

Bill 的創辦人為平面設計師 Julie Peeters。他曾就讀於荷蘭的 Jan van Eyck Academie 以及 Werkplaats Typografie，從2006年開始經營設計工作室，目前定居於布魯塞爾。

Julie Peeters 和 Artspeak、龐畢度中心，以及慕尼黑藝術協會（Kunstverein München）等知名藝術中心皆有合作經歷；亦曾為許多藝術家設計書籍；也在阿姆斯特丹 Gerrit Rietveld Academie 以及根特 KASK Conservatorium 平面設計課程任教。2015年曾獲萊比錫的 Golden Letter 最佳書籍設計獎項。 

《Bill 5》包含（但不限於）以下影像內容：
沙灘、風、潮汐、帳單、鬱金香、洛杉磯、停車場、海浪、思緒、貝果、印刷品、東京、蘭花、馬匹、背影、香膏、雜誌、更新、陰影、Elena的鞋子、兩次泥漿浴和一扇車庫門……
