《Words and Images Flow in Their Own Path》以大量日記和筆記構成，內容分為三大章節〈Overcoming Misunderstanding〉，〈Let’s Talk About Love〉及〈Somewhere Nothing Ever Collapses〉。展示了 Jeong Haeji 成長過程間經歷過的種種：打過的工、和朋友的相處、童年期間對「長大後想成為什麼樣的人」的猶豫，到如今對現實和理想的反思等。
 
對作者而言，他的思想先被壓縮成了最基礎的文字單位，再轉化為圖像，但文字描述的事件，並不存在於插圖簡約的線條和色塊中，因此可以任讀者自由閱讀，圖文不僅只是相甫的關係。
 
《Words and Images Flow in Their Own Path》中人事物消逝，但筆筆珍重，如 Jeong Haeji 所寫「Vanish but never forgotten」，或許這些記憶將隨筆劃各自流動，在作者和讀者的次次轉譯中，重新被記得。
